Scheduled Maintenance: Tithely Giving May 21, 2026 21:00-22:00 PDT

On Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 9:00pm PT for up to 1 hour, we will be performing an important infrastructure upgrade for our Giving product.

During the maintenance, donations will not be able to be processed, and Transaction or People reporting will not load, and Admins will not be able to login.

Resolved - The speed issue when loading background check and training modals has been resolved!

Identified - We are currently investigating and have identified an issue where customers using MinistrySafe's background checks are finding slow loading people pages and background check modals.

Resolved - We’re back! Giving should be up and running. Thanks for bearing with us.

Monitoring - Giving appears to be back up and running. We’re monitoring it closely to verify all issues are fully resolved. We’ll share another update shortly.

Update - We have implemented a partial fix and have reduced the impact from a major outage to a minor outage. At this time, approximately 10% of customers continue to experience issues.

Our team is actively working to finalize a full resolution for all users. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.
