Identified - Our teams are aware of an issue where transactions are being skipped in the view of transactions when NOT using a date filter. The current workaround for this is to add a date filter to the Transactions page and all transactions will be visible through page changes.

Identified - Our teams are aware of an issue affecting the Giving Dashboard where it is not showing the full results of data. Engineering teams are working to resolve this.

There is a planned Tithely Giving maintenance happening Thursday, February 12th at 9:00pm Pacific Time, lasting for up to one hour. This important maintenance window will allow our Engineering teams to perform important database updates to ensure it continues to serve your church well.
Here’s what to expect during maintenance: -There will be a maintenance page shown for all Giving forms, Giving App, or those using Text Giving. -Donations will not be able to be processed during the maintenance -Transaction reporting will not load during the maintenance -Scheduled recurring gifts will process as normal following the maintenance
