Scheduled - There will be a planned Tithely maintenance happening Thursday, October 23rd at 9:00pm Pacific Time, lasting for up to 30 minutes.

This important maintenance window will allow our Engineering teams to perform important database updates to ensure it continues to serve you well.

Here’s what to expect during maintenance:
- A maintenance page should be present on all Giving forms (including Giving App) as well as the Admin areas
- You will not be able to log in to your account to perform any updates or changes.
- Attempts to donate using Tithely Giving will not be successful.
- Any recurring gifts scheduled to process during the maintenance will be processed afterwards.

Monitoring - Our Engineering teams are continuing to monitor our products and ensure reliability. Our provider is seeing improvement, however they are still reporting issues.

Investigating - Due to an issue occurring with a key system provider, we are noticing errors that are occurring for some customers. This could present as delays in email sends, or potentially errors attempting to process gifts. This is external to Tithely and our Engineering teams are monitoring closely.
